Vegetable Korma And Dal Full Of Fiber And Protein
· Vegetable Korma :Or Veggie Kurma is a vegan-friendly as well as gluten-free side dish. It is prepared with coconut, ginger, garlic paste, green chilli and other Indian spices. It will have different types of vegetables like – carrot, beans, potato, peas, tomato etc. It is one of the highly recommended side dishes for puri, chapati, rava idli and other Indian breads.
· Dal (Makhani): Dal Makhani is a very popular dish from India. Makhan means whipped cream(butter) which is a dairy product. If you don’t want to use regular makhan then replace it with Almond butter. Dish is made with lentils, kidney beans, tomatoes, onion and blend of spices, seasoned with cumin, mustard and cilantro. It is rich with protein and fiber and goes well with rice, rotis and chapatis.
