Veganize Classic Christmas Sides
Many traditional sides are naturally vegetarian or easily made vegan:
- Mashed potatoes with olive oil or vegan butter
- Stuffing prepared with vegetable broth
- Roasted potatoes with rosemary and garlic
- Green beans sautéed with almonds or sesame seeds.
Simple swaps can keep traditions alive while making them inclusive.
