Symptoms – Difficulty in waking up, insomnia, low sex drive, depression, muscle weakness, poor focus and often allergies.
Causes – High stress in life and high levels of the stress hormones cortisol and epinephrine, which halt the growth of beneficial gut bacteria. Too much stress can also make our digestion sluggish. For the salad add olives, pumpkin seeds and linseed. Eat fresh coconut pieces to feel good. Consume avocado fruit in the form of salad.
What to avoid – Totally avoid caffeine, alcohol, sugar and lime your grain intake.
Supplements – Vitamin B, L-glutamine powder and selinium. Omega – 3- fatty acid is good.
