Pesticide risk for green beans hasn’t fallen for 20 years even though progress has been made for other produce.
The risk of consuming the pesticides from fresh produce is always in front of us. The pesticide toxicity in several fruits and vegetables are now known fact. Even in India we are using lot of pesticides and insecticides on several regular fruits and vegetables. Go for organic products if they are available. Few fruits and vegetables that showed more residue of pesticides and that can be replaced with organic products are in the slides.
