Preparing laja manda

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup puffed rice (laja)
  • 2 tablespoons jaggery (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

  2. If you are adding jaggery, take little amount and melt in water.
  3. Mix well until the puffed rice is coated evenly.
