Preparing laja manda

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup puffed rice (laja)
  • 2 tablespoons jaggery (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 cup water
  1. Heat ghee in a pan and lightly roast the puffed rice until crisp.
  2. If you are adding jaggery, take little amount and melt in water.
  3. Mix well until the puffed rice is coated evenly.
