Time Management Strategies That Actually Lower Stress
Trying to do everything at once is a fast track to burnout. Multiple tasking is always hard and it ends in more stress. Instead, manage time by listing your daily tasks and tackle the highest priority ones first. Big projects feel far less overwhelming once broken into smaller, concrete steps.
It is also okay to say no. Protecting your schedule from unnecessary commitments is not selfish. It is smart time management that creates room for both great work and a real personal life.
