  • Hydration: Proper hydration helps maintain skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of fine lines. 
  • Hormone levels: Hormones like cortisol and estrogen play major roles. High cortisol (stress hormone) can lead to breakouts, while balanced estrogen supports elasticity.
