Wheat flour laddu – Also known as atta laddu is another specialty of Deepavali festival. Made of wheat flour, sugar, ghee, dry fruits, cardamom is again a rich source of various nutrients.
Puffed rice laddu – Made of churmuri or puffed rice, jaggery, cardamom, cashew is another deepavali special. Less in calories but very tasty, this laddu is easy to prepare. Children love this. This is also another version of traditional nutrition bar!
