Meditate twice a day. One need not to meditate hours together. Take five minutes of your time morning and evening and meditate. Meditation helps you to refocus on the surroundings, family and creates a trouble free mind. Meditation brings stress hormones down and lowers blood pressure. It also helps in not to get into unnecessary arguments or fights with family.  When mind becomes clear, one will see positive effect inside the home. Meditation also helps to get restful sleep and go through the day with calmness.
