General tips- Heat and sweat can trigger flare-ups. Chlorine and salt water may dry or irritate skin.

Eczema:

  • Apply lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizers.
  • Rinse off sweat promptly.
  • Use mineral sunscreen.

Seborrheic Dermatitis:

  • UV exposure may reduce yeast growth.
  • Wash sweat from skin and scalp quickly.

Psoriasis:

  • Sunlight often reduces symptoms.
  • Moisturize after swimming.
