I ate insulin leaves plant, and i also take medicine for my diabetes, but i will not take it together, i ‘ll take it a gap hour after medicine.
I have a lot of insulin plans , how do I have to do with that? I want to make tea but do I have to dry it first or better I boil fresh( I’m diabetes)
Since you are diabetic, if you are already on diabetic medication you should not mix herbal medicine with it. Suggestion is to first contact your doctor before taking herbal medicine and seek doctor advice. Generally start with low dosage -tea or powder and monitor your blood sugar level.Hope this helps?
