ORAC values are of several foods are studied using scientific techniques. Based on these studies ORAC values of several foods including herbs, spices and condiments as well as cereals are determined.

In addition to the above mentioned foods, Ashwagandha, Asparagus, Mint, Cilantro seeds, Cumin, Mustard, Centella asiatica, Holy basil (Tulsi), Ginger, Pepper – these foods also contain good amount antioxidants. Our ancient medicine systems like Ayurveda and home remedies use these herbs in plenty. Consuming dishes containing many of these ingredients helps in the absorption of antioxidants.
