Ajwain Kashaya
Ingredients:
- Ajwain – 5 tsp
- Salt – a pinch
- Asafetida – a pinch
- Water – 2 cups
Method:
- Dry roast ajwain and prepare powder.
- Boil water and add ajwain – continue boiling water for few minutes. Let the content reduce a bit.
- Remove the vessel from heat source.
- Add salt and asafoetida and drink the liquid.
Benefits:
Reduces bloating and helps in weight loss. Helps in sleeping and controls appetite.
