Are you afraid to eat sweet potatoes? Sweet potatoes have lot of health benefits. Still if you are afraid of having sweet potato alone try this chaat.
What you need?
Raw Sweet potato-2, one cucumber, chilli powder ¼ tsp, Chat masala ¼ tsp, Lemon juice 2-3 tsp, pomegranate one cup, Cilantro chopped 2 tsp. Salt, pepper powder,
- Boil sweet potato and cut into small cubes. Peel cucumber skin and cut into cubes.
- Combine chopped sweet potato, cucumber, pomegranate, chilli powder, chat masala, cilantro, salt and lemon juice in a bowl.
- If you prefer add coriander (cilantro) chutney and mix well before serving.
