General tips- Heat and sweat can trigger flare-ups. Chlorine and salt water may dry or irritate skin.
Eczema:
- Apply lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizers.
- Rinse off sweat promptly.
- Use mineral sunscreen.
Seborrheic Dermatitis:
- UV exposure may reduce yeast growth.
- Wash sweat from skin and scalp quickly.
Psoriasis:
- Sunlight often reduces symptoms.
- Moisturize after swimming.
