Rainbow Veggie Juice

Here is a fantastic way to get your daily allowance of vegetables and a detoxifying drink. Simple recipe and it has wonderful benefits as it is loaded with rainbow vegetables.


  • 1-2 red bell peppers, seeded and sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 heads of romaine lettuce
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • large handful of parsley
  • large handful of cilantro
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • One lemon juice
  • 1 inch of ginger root

Add all veggies to a juicer or blender. Add water and grind. Transfer to a jar and consume as soon as possible. Do not store it for long.
