LONGEVITY : For Longevity tea made with honey and cinnamon powder, when taken regularly, arrests the ravages of old age. Take four spoons of honey, one spoon of cinnamon powder, and three cups of water and boil and make like tea. Drink 1/4 cup , 3 times a day. It keeps the skin fresh and soft and arrests old age. Life spans also increase and even a hundred year old, starts performing the chores of a 20 year old.

Also eating a pinch of NEEM POWDER( or 10 leaves) early in the morning in empty stomach with equal amount of honey for a month in April will ensure that there will be no diseases for that year.
Drinking Lime juice using 2 lemons will provide enough Vitamin C as Vitamin C is not manufactured in our bodies.

Eating 1/2 to 1 tsp of ‘ triphala churna ‘ helps.

Drinking Tea decoction without milk & sugar helps.
