2. What are the 3 reasons that makes you think thinner people are better than you? Does the answer convince you?
3. Can I spend less time in front of mirror or in taking selfie?
4. Can I exercise to make myself stronger ?
5. Can I attempt to participate in activities that makes me happy?
6. Am I wearing uncomfortable clothes, am I trying to grab attention from people?
7. How smart I am and how good I am? What are my good qualities?
8. Why do I bother about what people say about me?
9. Why do I stick to people who only care about body image?
