Take a ceramic, clay or glass bowl and add water. Place rose petals, orchids or chrysanthemum kind of flowers on the water. You can also float a lighted aluminum candle /dinner candle on the water surface. Place this on dining table or center table or in the kitchen. The appearance of water and flowers takes your mind to a peaceful world and helps you to calm down from the stress.
