There used to be a time when flying was fun and enjoyable. With all those concerns with what is happening in the world traveling becoming tough, ordeal and stressful to all those who fly.
The stress of departure and traveling starts well before and takes a toll on physical health.
Traveling time starts as soon as you step outside your home and get inside a taxi irrespective of whether you take a direct flight to your destination or hopping through major cities in the world.
Standing in queue to receive your boarding pass, security, packing and unpacking if needed, carrying bags and if it is a night travel or early morning flight then it means you need to wait near gate without sleep for some more time.
If you are traveling in Business class and can afford then it may be slightly better because you will get to sleep somewhat. If you are in an economy class then expect to have aching limbs, swollen legs, sleep disruption and not so good food – all typical economy class syndrome.
After reaching destination then all should undergo jet lag for few days. Even though traveling long distance is this tough more people are boarding planes than before. If you are frequent flyer, then be prepared for a comfortable travel (as much as possible) and take care of your health.
