Drink plenty of fluids. Secretions in nose and soft palate become stickier when you’re dehydrated and this can create more snoring.  Drink enough water throughout the day. Avoid caffeine drinks.

Try this homemade drink to stop snoring: ¼ lemon. 1 piece of ginger, 2 apples, 2 carrots, ½ cup   of water- Directions: Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get nice and   homogeneous mixture. And, make sure you drink this homemade juice few hours before you go  to sleep. You need to drink this anti-snoring juice. When you have this avoid – alcohol, diet coke,      smoking, fried snacks and hard foods.
