Seated side bend (Parivritta Siddhasana)

Sit in easy pose. Let baby sit in front of you and observe what you are going to do.

Slowly inhale and place left elbow on the floor.

Slowly bring your right hand above head and bend towards left.

Hold the pose for 2 breaths.

Repeat on other side. Direct baby to do same and let her repeat after you.

Encourage her with smile and sweet words! She will follow you.
