Rice is gaining more popularity in skin care. It is a traditional ingredient in skin care that is rich in vitamin E and helps exfoliate and smooth skin. Rice milk is a better choice because it adds a hit of retinol-building vitamin A and protective calcium to the mix.
- ¼ cup brown rice flour (or rice bran flour)
- 2–3 Tbsp unsweetened rice milk
MIX the brown rice flour with rice milk to form a smooth paste. Apply this paste on the face and hands in circular motion. Rinse with warm water followed by a good moisturizer. Repeat this once or twice a week to move away from the wrinkles.
