Potato skin contains:
1. Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium Vit B6, Vit C
2. And, it is more nutritious than the rest of the potato!
3. It has fiber too …
4. If you ditch the potato skin you will lose up to 90% of potato iron content!
5. Sweet potato skin has beta carotene that converts to Vit A inside system.
6. Vit A needed for our overall strength and it is an immune booster.
Only precaution is do not eat potato that has greenish tinge.
