When you feel thirsty you will need to drink water. Keeping body hydrated is essential but overhydration can cause problem too.
We need to consume fluid and it can be water, soup, milk, juice etc. Not drinking water for days together can cause problem.
Consuming liquid that has water content is good too.
What we need to remember is water supplies zero calories and drinking water is healthier than drinking sugary juice.
Dehydration happens when we don’t drink much fluid and because of low humidity and low moisture in outside environment too.
