Child’s Pose

Child pose helps mothers to be much closer to baby. You will mimic baby here. Whenever you feel tired and exhausted you can do this pose while baby is next to you.  Let baby lie comfortable on her back. Sit in front of baby on your heels and lower your torso between thighs. Let head touch baby’s belly gently! Without putting weight on baby slowly turn your head to see baby’s face and on both sides. Release your shoulder on floor or put your hands next to baby. Baby will breath your scent and will feel secured.
