Making eating interesting : While you are cooking ask their opinion. Ask them what happens if you add certain ingredients. This will make kid to think about the taste. Child might express views and opinion and tell you what they like.
Show them how to cut vegetables and fruits in shapes. If your kid does not like certain vegetable, cut it to interesting shape and display it to kid. Encourage kid to eat the vegetables and fruit that they don’t like to eat.
Prepare pancake varieties ask them what they want in it – kids prefer sweet taste and use fruits to prepare sweet pancakes.
Kids who like vegetables and fruits tend to eat more healthy foods and it helps them to be in good shape.
