Lower Plank Pose (Chaturanga Dandasana)

To get into shape after delivery lower plank pose is a good option.

Let baby be on her back in front of you. Get into sphinx pose and lift your body up and come on your toes.

Hold your core and buttock muscle tight, squeezed. Let your spine be straight.

Hold for 3 breaths and slowly get onto floor. While doing so, see baby’s face, smile and play with her using your nose and place a gentle kiss on her forehead.

There you go… you will receive a happy smile from baby and your core also gets into shape.

Repeat plank pose few times by keeping baby in front of you for motivation.
