While holding baby in hands stand in mountain pose.
Place feet apart with toes pointing out in same directions as your knees. Inhale and exhale.
Now slowly bend your knees and sink hips down. Keep your back straight.
Slowly lift heels of left leg and then right leg.
Sink little more. Inhale and come back to normal position.
See baby’s expression when you sink down and lift your heels.
