Forward Fold Pose (Padangusthasana)

Forward fold pose helps to release stress from shoulder and helps in strengthening spine.

Put baby on floor in front of you. Let baby watch you in front.

Stand in mountain pose, raise your hands and bend knees slightly followed by lowering your head.

Bring belly towards your thighs and keep your back straight. Hold onto opposite elbows or ankles.

Let head hand and breath in and out. Slowly look at baby and you will see her curious eyes.

Repeat pose three times and pick little one from floor!
