Everyday vigorous workout at gym makes me skinnier

No! it is not!!

Exercise alone will not make anybody skinnier. Proper choice of food, portion control and good nutrition helps to reduce weight.

Walking 3 miles a day gives body full exercise and helps to get into shape.

Human body is made to move and needs healthy food. Being physically active and eating right amount of food keeps body toned.
