We all familiar with the benefits that we get from coconut water and how much we love to drink the tender coconut water.  Now a days there are many other plants that are also gaining importance because of the water content they have. Some of these plant waters are available in super food aisle.  Aloe water, maple water, artichoke water, cactus water , watermelon water, birch water and tree sap are sitting next to coconut water and are replacing many sports drinks and artificially flavored water.

Coconut water sale has been increased in past five years while the soda sale is declined. Some plant waters are gaining more attention than others are. Cactus and maple water are more appealing due to their familiarity and taste.  Some of these plant waters are known to provide good health benefits. Aloe vera aids in digestion and weight loss. Coconut water contains enzymes and good amount of potassium. Cactus water makers claims that the drink contains electrolytes and antioxidants. These plant waters also contain less amount of sugar.
