While playing or picking up something from floor they get into butterfly pose. This pose helps adults to stretch hamstring.
Let baby sit next to you. Bend your knees and press the soles of feet. Pull heels towards your pelvis – inhale and exhale and drop knees slowly to side.
Hold your toes and straighten your back. Inhale and exhale and move knees up and down like butterfly flapping wings.
Don’t forget to smile and look at your little one’s expression.
