No! Eating fried vegetable chips is not good for health.
Vegetable chips are quite popular. We can see new types of vegetable chips arriving almost every day: Beetroot, zucchini, spinach, kale, beans etc.
They are packed with salt and saturated fat and makes them worse than simple snacks like unsalted nuts and seeds.
Fried vegetable chips also add calories like other regular chips. Name may be vegetable chips but when it comes to health they are like any other regular chips.
Instead, try baking thin slices of vegetables at home using olive oil with very little salt and pepper. This will allow you to cut down on unnecessary fat.
